The Valley

The Valley is the story of an immigrant entrepreneur Neal Kumar and his family, who live in the technologically driven culture that is Silicon Valley. His affluent life appears idyllic from the exterior, however, when his daughter Maya tragically commits suicide, the fractured nature of his interior life becomes apparent to himself and those around him. At the outset, Neal unveils his latest technology Augur from his company Virtually You, which emphasizes how technology enhances human connectedness. Sometime later, he drives to a cliff and pulls out a gun. He remembers the events of the past year, when his daughter has committed suicide. Afterwards, the family is devastated and does not understand the cause of the tragedy. Neal's quest to find out the truth propels him on an increasingly frantic journey that brings him to the brink of disaster.

Lala Begum

The story revolves around the bitter relationship of two sisters, Meher (Marina Khan) and Seher (Sonia Rehman Qureshi) in the 1970s. They have not been speaking to each other for the last 20 years. As Seher becomes widow, she returns home to claim her share of the family estate but Meher refuses to divide because she believes her sister brought dishonor to the family by marrying her husband, Ahmed and holds the grudge to this day.

The Song of Scorpions

According to an ancient myth, the sting of a scorpion in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan can cause death in less than 24 hours and the only cure is the song sung by a scorpion singer which counters the poison of the scorpion. The Song of Scorpions is the story of a tribal woman Nooran (Golshifteh Farahani) who takes lessons from her grandmother Zubaida (Waheeda Rehman) so as to become a scorpion singer like her. After being struck by a tragedy and snubbed by the people of her village, Nooran is offered a marriage proposal by Aadam (Irrfan Khan), a camel trader who has been in love with Nooran ever since he heard her voice. But soon after getting married, Nooran receives another setback which sets her on a path of vengeance to redeem all the misdoings that were inflicted upon her.

Kuch Bheegay alfaaz

Every night at 10, Kolkata tunes into radio to listen to 'Kuchh Bheege Alfaaz' - an episodic series of unrequited love stories hosted by RJ Alfaz who, despite his tremendous following, prefers staying detached and anonymous. Among his many fans is the boisterous Archana, a girl working at a creative agency - which designs branded memes. She is leukodermic but lives life to the fullest. They meet; or rather talk, for the first time over a misplaced call, when Archana accidentally dials Alfaaz's number, while trying to connect with her latest blind date. Thus begins an interesting relationship between two unlikely characters, one overly compensating, but in denial of her present, and the other buried under a dark secret of his past.

The Wishing Tree

The Wishing Tree Five children living at the edge of a forest band together to save a magical wishing tree from destruction. Produced by Raajaysh Chetwal and directed by Manika Sharma, the film will be screened at the Gala Screening at Nueplex Cinemas on 1st April 2018 at 3:00 pm.


The film shows a family from Gwadar and their daily struggles to make both ends meet. 'Zaraab' features a young kid who is working at a workshop. The story of the film tells us that the progress in Gwadar hasn't made any positive impact on the life of a common man who is deprived of the basic education facilities including the benefits of the mega project.

Ankhon Dekhi is a 2014 Indian Hindi drama film written and directed by Rajat Kapoor and produced by Manish Mundra. Raje (Sanjay Mishra) experiences a dramatic incident and decides to only believe in what he can see.

Dear Zindagi

Kaira, a young girl, faces problems in her relationships. She meets Dr Jehangir, who helps her resolve her issues with her parents and get a new perspective on life, which leads to her following her passion and an improvement in her love life.

Dying Candle

Dying Candle is 2016 Nepali language film directed by Naresh Kumar and produced by Rabin Acharya and Marie Adler. The film's plot concerns a young woman who has to make a difficult choice of whether or not to take care of her younger brother, even though her dignity is at risk by doing so.

Haus Ohne Dach

HOUSE WITHOUT ROOF is about the journey of the siblings LIYA, JAN and ALAN who were born in the Kurdish area of the Iraq and grown up in Germany. The three of them want to fulfill their mother's last wish to bury her in her home village beside her husband who got killed in the war under the Saddam Hussein regime.

The film is based on climate change and was released on 24 November 2017. A blind old man and a young bank loan recovery agent fight for their survival.
